All the Arabic and also the international laws concentrate mainly on the real crime and have many ways of retribution. By the real crime I mean that one which is consists of a criminal, a victim, and the crime tools.

But there is still some sort of crimes that the legislators don’t care enough about it, which is “the moral crimes”. In this kind of crimes we have a criminal and a victim, but we miss the crime tools. This kind of crimes are so hard to be proved, it may be out of a situation or even a word. It only causes a psychological pain, a huge pain that some times ends by death.

There are many events that happen every day and we considered them as ordinary daily behaviors, but actually they are classified as moral crimes. For example; insults, humiliation, verbal abuses, persecution, injustice, intimidation, disdain, the ill-treatment, etc, although they all are crimes, the criminal is free and rambling seeking for another victim.

The abuse is considered as a crime, even looking at a person in a bad way is as equal as killing him. Both hurt in the same much. The man is consists of a body and a soul. In murder, the body is attacked, in moral crimes; the soul is attacked. And both murder and moral crime has the same result and the same pain. It is not just a psychological harm that results from the moral crimes, but it may cause death. And we have many examples about people who suffered from thrombus or heart failure and then died. All because of an abuse or a bad situation they faced. The matter looks like a paper, a light useless paper, but it has a sharp edge that enables it to hurt and be harmful.

We really need a new definition for the moral crime. We need to be aware of its psychological and physiological harm. We should seek new techniques to prove it, and we need laws of punishment. And the most important is to help the whole community to realize how much the moral crimes are harmful and may cause fatal diseases.
