Some may consider culture as some thing for just entertaining and classify the cultured people as a party of the society's parties like the craftsmen for example. Although culture is important and beautiful thing, it is still considered as something for amusing in the point of view of many people. For them, it is an additional thing nice to have and no problem if you do not. So, culture's effect is weak and cultured men were always a marginal bourgeois group in all ages exactly as a group of birds which warble out side the folk.

But culture is as important as education. If education is important, culture is more important than it, and sometimes, education and culture mean the same thing.

In this age, the age of World Wide Web, globalization, the complicated international relationships, and the open space broadcasting; the education concept has been changed. In the past, illiteracy meant to do not how to read and write, but now it means to do not know how to use computer.

Now, we need an Arabic cultured citizen who is able to deal with different complicated cultures from all over the world which reach to us through satellites.

To be specialized in only one field, as language, biology, and static; and work in it after graduation, does not work these days. One may waste many years on working and studying to get a master degree on one field. It is not useful any more for the student to be excellent on only Math and don't understand any thing els. But, in this age, the man should be aware of many different cultures.

It is very important to be aware of that similarity, and even match, between culture and education these days. We should woek on developing the education system that based on this traditional specialization in one field. We should offer cultural system of education for all students in different stages and also we should be aware of the relation between the curriculum and the changeable age and work on it. So that we can offer a cultured generation who can warble out side the folk.
