The Magnet

There are people who are immediately attracted by the first magnet, they meet. There are others seeking attraction, just like a beautiful woman who is looking for a customer, and there is a category that was attracted for a long time, and when they woke up, and decided to be independent, they already failed to do so. For they are the same like a criminal who decides to repent, but his colleagues prevent him, saying “you just can’t do such a thing”. On the other hand, there are people who are resisting electromagnetic radiation scattered everywhere, and clinging to their positions, even if they paid the price for it.

In the past, there were only two pivots: - the American pivot and the Soviet pivot. Nowadays, there are hundreds of magnates, such as parties, countries and organizations working in the field of magnetization. Each of which is running a very strong magnet, which is gathering victims and supporters in its orbit, also it is attracting traitors and spies.

It becomes very difficult to resist; with this various, large number of magnates, especially with these different temptations that accompany the process of magnetizing. Some of these temptations are legal such as money, press and scientific trips, and positions. Some are illegal like authority, support, gifts, and sex.

There are countries that spend billions every year to spread religious, political and sectarian ideas , and they are ready to pay money to those who would help in their domination and expansion. Of course, magnetization has its political, social and cultural goals, which may be political, and, it’s obvious that, nobody just pay his money that way without charge, that’s why the operations of magnetizing succeed, but after a while, its serious consequences appear.

Sometimes the results of magnetizing may be simple, just like the alignment of a writer or a journalist to a certain State, also converting some wrong idea, or a particular doctrine; this may lead to very dangerous results. The increasing rate of Christianization in Iraq, the separation of southern Sudan, and the sectarian protests in Bahrain; are all examples of these dangerous results.

There are attracted members, parties, communities, doctrines’ holders, and there are enslaved peoples giving birth to attracted generations. Also there are sectors that have massive magnetic devices that attract anything; spoons, knives, lighting poles, weapons, roads, cities and nations.

Many countries, evangelize institutions, pharmaceutical, political, and intellectual organizations and companies are working in this field. Unfortunately, millions all around the world are trapped in such organizations. Of course, magnetization will be that easy with the increasing rate of poverty and ignorance, but on the other hand it will fail when there is more education and awareness.

The process of attraction takes place, no doubt, under glamorous titles, such as health care, charitable work, scientific exchanges, grants, spreading democracy, and rehabilitation of civil society organizations...Etc.

Actually a lot of those attracted people, including journalists , media professionals, scientists, religious men , teachers , clerks , lawyers, and activists, not only desperately defend the organizations they belong to but also they are working on promoting their ideologies even if these ideologies are wrong.

Some think that magnetization is just a form of opportunism which is found in every time and place, or a form of marketing and media promotion, it’s more than this , and it can lead to serious consequences; just like the extremism that the whole world suffered in the last two decades, and the terrorism, which was basically a strong magnet which attracted millions of people in its orbit, and that one of its results is the events of September in which the twin towers of the World Trade Center were destroyed and three thousand were killed.

The extremists attracted the young people by the wayward religious, that’s why many of them were trapped, and the result was the fall of the victims, and the destruction of property, and terrorizing nations, in addition to the enormous economic losses.

The problem becomes bigger when those people of great values neglect it ,by this act ,they pave the way to those of wrong ideologies to gather their victims together , while they should work on attracting people to values and morals or even save more victims of falling.

I was bothered after hearing the words of the U.S. Ambassador in Cairo, as she said that more than 200 Egyptian NGO (non-governmental organizations) asked for support from the American Embassy, and it’s obvious that such a great number confirms those many people seeking attraction, which bring us back to discuss the reasons led to this serious problem. For, the bad is already attracted but the worst is to seek attraction by your own self. And this is evidence to what was published that the American government specialize about230 million pounds for democracy in Egypt.

If we are practically unable to prevent parties these magnetic sectors , then we should protect our children of such attraction, and this happens only through providing them with the right thinking principles, teaching them how to differentiate between what is bad and what is good, and accustoming them since childhood to have independent minds.

"Magnetization" is the plague of the era, through it, countries were divided, and other nations suffered turning 200 years back. Science is the only way to defeat it; it is the only means of protection that can stop the danger of any magnet.
