Edification is a communal matter. Culture in its comprehensive source depends on affecting a group or some groups. So, culture was for all it doesn't make any difference between white and black, rich and poor, who speaks Arabic and who speaks Latin, who belongs to the first world and who belongs to the last one. And it was a starting point for culture to survive during ages of widespread blocking, intolerance, and also personal and sectarian fanaticism.

When you read something written by Al-Motanaby: you do not know his physical shape, his nationality, or his personal status. You just read. It is the same with T.S Eliot, Arnist Homongway, Abd-Ekaher Al-Garhany, Aristotle, ………etc, and also many creative writers who offered humanity their creative cultural works and left in an altruistic and glorious way. This cultural heritage accumulated more and more to eventually form the humanity cultural heritage which is far above any purpose.

In our daily life, despite of the numerous conceptions which are defiled by partiality, tribalism, nationalism, and the disgusting intolerance; beginning with the ancients' non-alignment of nations, the culture was often far away from politicization, framing, possession, title deeds, and the trading laws. All the attempts to specialize or nationalize culture were all completely unsuccessful.

What happened in the latest UNISCO elections disturbed me so much, whatever was the winner. It was not for losing the chance of winning an Arab man who could get back so much of what the UNISCO had lost, or even what had happened which made it look like elections in some Arab countries. But what had really disturbed me was the culture submission for the street laws in such daring way for the first time; street laws such as intolerance, partiality, and political tricks.

Culture in its humanistic conception, which can not be divided, is our last hope to get the lost humanity conception back, the last chance to achieve the universal unity as it should be. Shall we success to save culture from the politicizing conspiration, sectionalizing, and racism in UNISCO? Otherwise; culture will be the human's new victim exactly as policy, which was left just for tendencies and self-interest, or technology, which was used to produce the nuclear bomb, and nature, which was damaged by wastes and thermal restriction.
