The last Wednesday, the Hungarian president Laszlo Sol Yom had signed a new code that stipulates that any one who deny or underestimate the Holocaust of Hungary will be liable to a three years punishment in the prison. A spokesman declared that the president doesn't think that the new law contrasted with the constitutional right of the freedom of opinion. Now, there are 14 states consider the denial or the underestimation of the Holocaust as a crime.

The Holocaust story can be summed up; Israel claims that the Nazi Germans had killed six million Jews as a process of a comprehensive racial genocide process during the World War II. It was mentioned that was a terrible tragedy. The Jews were executed by hanging in the Nazi camps, then the dead bodes were burned in an organized comprehensive way. According the claim; the Jews were tortured, mangled, and exterminated. They were under medical experiments and their organs had been stolen.

It is said that the Nazi system had been forced to do this according to a theory composed by a German doctor called Afterd Ploetz (1860- 1940). This theory was about, what he had called the ability to improve the human race by causing some social changes to create a new society that is more intelligent and productive. This was for the sake of reduction of what he called (the human suffering). This theory allowed killing all who don't deserve to live, and to kill all who are infected with chronic diseases.

The idea of the Holocaust was supported by the Nazi philosophy as a way to get rid of, as what is said to be, who are (untermensch), and the German nation for being (Herrenvolk) has the right to rule the world, and the Aryan race has the best qualities among all races in Europe, and there are some families, even if they were Aryans, were considered as subhuman (Untermensch); like criminals, perverts, who were mentally or physically handicapped, communists, liberals, Jews witnesses, and every one who was opposed to the Nazi rule, they were all, according to  the Nazi philosophy, subhuman.

In the mean time when all the Jews circulated their tragedy of Holocaust, and offered many evidences that prove its occurrence; some historians and thinkers had denied this incident. And some people considered it nothing more than a legend. They thought that a (six million) victims is an exaggerated numbed and tried to prove there point of view by offering some proofs.

Regardless of being this incident true or not, the Jews’ circulation of the incident affecting the whole world, which made 14 states enact new laws that criminalize any one who deny or even underestimate the Holocaust, is an essential point that deserves to be discussed.

We all sympathize with any people over which tyranny or extermination were practiced, regardless its religion or race was, and regardless of being the incident true or not, I'm surprised of its obvious serious effect on all these countries of Europe. I mean it: it was a (serious) effect. Why westerns don't express being affected by showing their sympathy and support. But they expressed their attitude by making decisions that are incredible that these decisions are made by people who believe in the freedom of opinion and can't dispense freedom.

How the westerns could give up their most important principle so easily and enacted new laws that destroy this principle. How could they destroy the bases of the scientific research, history, and freedom of opinion by making laws that criminalize and even imprison any one who expresses his own point of view concerning a historical event? What made them surrender so easily and made them give up their most important rules? What carried them to make the whole world and their own people suspect their credibility?

The freedom of opinion, search, and information exchange are all guaranteed rights by the United Nations compact for Human Rights. So, how the European countries, that talk all the time about the Human rights, neglect the most important article of the human rights that is: the freedom of opinion?

Talking more simply about the freedom of  opinion; all subjects including historical events, public figures, political issues, searches and studies, and all issues in life, man has the right and the absolute freedom to preview his opinion. Even subjects related to religion are not an exception, as searching and thinking about the rules of religion to get an independent opinion are Divine orders.

The Holocaust is a historical event, regardless of its trueness or falseness that every one has the right to study and discuss. But what had happened is that the western countries had exceeded and ignored the moral traditions, the article of the human rights, and it’s the most important rules, and approved new laws which criminalize and imprison any one who expresses his own opinion. And let’s notice the huge contradiction when these states allowed publishing several abuses of Mohammad (best prayer be upon him) the prophet claiming that it is out of the freedom of opinion. At the same time, repression was practiced against any on who talk about the Holocaust of his own view.

Although the new laws, that criminalize any one who denies or underestimates the Holocaust, were offended and exceeded all tradition, it is what we always expected from the western states. They used to give up their principles easily as soon as they discover that these principles may be opposed to their interests. The case of (spreading democracy in the Arab countries) is a good example which was promoted by George Bosh. He boycotted Hamas when they won democratic election in Palestine. He also left the dictator systems in the Arab countries although he called for democracy for many years; this was after he was warned by some organizations that Democracy will help the Muslims to rule.

For along time, the United States called for Human rights, and in the same time; using Guantanamo Bay Detention camp and tortures the prisoners to force them to admit. It also managed the screen transportation of the European organizations. United States called for freedom, and in the same time, it invaded Iraq and caused millions of Iraq to be homeless. It turned a Muslim Arab country to be back to the prehistoric era. So, it usual and even repeated that the westerns give up their principles.

  But I wonder why the western paid back such a heavy price for the Jew? Is it because of sympathy for a human tragedy considering the dramatic scene of burring millions of people in the Gas chambers? For me, it is a serious tragedy undoubtedly we the Muslims, never wish such genocide even for our enemies. So, we agree with the western and feel sorry for them and for their victims of the Jews who were killed in such terrible blood curdling way.

Along history, many massacres had been practiced in Palestine, Rwanda, Afghanistan, Thailand, Iraq, Armenia, and Kashmir, moreover the massacres that were practiced by Israel in Palestine, Gaza, Sabra and Shatila, Lebanon, and in Egypt and killing the Egyptian internees. The colonization that was practiced in some Arab countries is considered as a sort of war crimes and racial genocide.

Many slaughters and organized genocides were practiced under the consideration of the whole world and some of these organized crimes were practiced with the knowledge of some international organization like the United Nations. Of course the victims of all the crimes that were practiced along history never reach such so-called number, 6 millions. But the crime is a crime, whatever it was practiced over a person, a group, or even a nation, the conception of the crime never changes according to the international law.

In spite of all these crimes and slaughters, no positive reactions taken by the western states, and no one dared to act laws that in criminate any one denies or even underestimate the holocaust. Even the slaughters which were practiced in Armenia by the Ottomans, it was said that the victims were more than million citizens, the U.S congress satisfied with only a declaration to condemn the event. Turkey objected to this declaration and exerted efforts to cancel it.

In my point f view, the Israel lobby is the main reason, it has penetrated deeply into the European states till it has controlled some official institutions and organizations in a way that enabled it to spread its cases and also enabled it to extort from many countries and control many of their actions. If it were not like that, why the state of Hungary remembered suddenly the case of Holocaust after 68 years?

Along 50 years, the Jews succeeded to use the event of Holocaust, whatever it is true of false or has been exaggerated, they succeeded in making their case a life for all these years, the good reason to establish a state specially for the Jews, which is called : Israel . In the same time, along these 50 yeas, the Arab failed to present the case of the Palestine Holocaust for the world. The Arab failed to discuss the Palestine case seriously and failed also to express and show how much destruction and tyranny had affected the Palestinians. So, many sections of the western society still think that the Palestinians are the terrorists and Israel is their victim.

The Arabs were satisfied with only prayers, orations, journalistic declarations, and the useless emergency sessions. This is what they only can do. They economically and politically failed to support their case. The war of 1973, in which the Arab defeated Israel, was their last military and political victory concerning the case of Palestine. Both of the peace treaties of Egypt-Israel and Jordan-Israel were the last political positive steps to release Palestine. Since then the Arab nation had not gone any step forward.

 Praying is not enough and the circulation of the deeds of Israel is not a suitable way to persuade the others of this case. The direct declaration of your hatred towards this state will bring you a direct charge of terrorism.

The case needs a political, diplomatic, economic and also military strife to release the land. The matter needs an Arab lobby in the western countries to defend and speak for the Arab cases. The Arab emigrant cares only for his study and work, while the Jewish emigrant does his best to penetrate and control in order to serve his case and defend his belief.

The Arabs are facing a special-natured enemy, an enemy that is not like any other enemy before. The Jews suffered from a serious psychological cultural problem. Because the genocide of 6 million Jews produced a sick people suffers from oppression which fired the desire of revenge, not from the Palestinians but from the whole world. This also may justify the oppression, tyranny, the different ways of occupation, seizing lands, violence and the desire for destruction that are practiced in Palestine. It also justifies the irregular political reactions of Israel towards the whole world, for example; the assassination of the leader of Hamas. Israel had committed aggression acts against some Arab and European states. It also planned for international crimes that are defined and severely punished by the international law. The European countries deal with Israel as if it were a sick person who was affected by a tragedy.

The new rules that were acted by 14 European states, that incriminate who denies the Holocaust, undoubtedly are serving the interests of Israel. But it will be the first step in the end of the Western democracy and it represents the fall of the main principle upon which the whole western countries were based on. Its results will appear in the future. The western States were based mainly on freedom. So, it will not be so easy to act a new law that kills freedom and ridicule the freedom of thoughts.

These decisions are backward steps, huge and wide backward steps, and a stupid political action that widens the gap between the western countries and their governments, and on the other hand between the western and the Eastern countries.

Apparently the new laws seem to serve the interests of Israel, but latter they will be a stab in their back. As soon the western states will object to the Israel behavior and its extortion and exaggeration.

Soon the Western states will realize how much supporting Israel was painful and high-priced.

Everything must have an end, so the western will realize the relation between Israel and the events of 11th September and the universal terrorism that extended to destroy countries and cities till it reached to the western citizen and threatened its safety at their home. They will realize how much they fake war against terrorism cost them. They wasted trillions of dollars, most of them were paid from taxes, in this war against terrorism, and as a result the level of living had been affected. The western states had lost many things. Soon the deeds of Israel will affect the western then there will be the long-waited facing between Israel and the whole world.
