 And the suggestion now is why we don’t make a political hierarchy that includes the basics met by the state to provide a healthy climate for everyone. . The researches proved that, the lack of comprehensive basics that define the concept of the state, and the governing system cause a lot of political chaos in the world. It is certain that the general rules are exist and written in the constitutions of the united states, but the general provisions didn’t pay attention to the important elements for the successful country like; Democracy, freedom, devolution of power ,which are the basics for success in any country. Some will only define formal –General Description of the state , which is made up of a president, a government, and people.

 But how does this president come? , and how was this government made up? , And how are the people live? , This is not their own business, and they will excuse that each country has its own privacy that cannot be penetrated... It is important to have a nice tidy political form, rather than the worms inside it. It is important to pay tribute to the state, even if it came from the blood of the people, they only take into account the political etiquette, and killing in a good way.

No one speaks about what the real state is , and it has been walking up haphazardly , till it led to the appearance of many types of dictatorial , and oppressive , staffing, police and "failed" states that are recognized by the international community , and its dictator president sitting comfortably on his seat in the international conferences . And even the United Nations give up its responsibility towards the general provisions of human rights that contain a lot of items to ensure that the individual has the right to move and to live, to travel, and other rights, even the occupier has duties to do, but these elements just remained verbiage without the presence of the of its basis on the ground.

Why isn’t there a political pyramid through which the requirements of the modern state are set , and that includes the basic components for this , and they should be ordered from top to bottom : the regime of the project , justice, freedom, democracy , equality in rights and duties , institutions

. And why shouldn’t this be the condition to join the United Nations conditional upon the availability of these ingredients , and why does not it include a system to join this international organizations such as the points system that is followed by some countries in the immigration system , and which are required to stay under the flag of the United Nations, so they should obtain a certain number of points, and define these points depending on the achievements of the " political hierarchy " ,and which are the basic elements of eligibility for membership.

 I wonder when I find among the members of the United Nations; reactionaries, fascists, occupiers, murderers and thieves. How such an international organization is supposed to be aimed at world peace and well-being that includes in its membership those who burn this world, and mourn the chaos, and commit massacres?

 The first advantage of this pyramid is to raise the cover of international legitimacy for regimes that brutalize and grievance, and kill, and occupies, and conspire, and multiply rottenness within the international organization under the hearing and watching of the world, it is unreasonable that the international organization would be a tool for the protection of oppression, injustice, dictatorship and political corruption.
